Well traveled, Carolyn and Lee Allan were frequent home rental users and decided to invest in a rare and beautiful home perfect for anyone wanting luxury, privacy with luxury upscale furnishings on a gorgeous water surrounding Island; Anna Maria Island Florida.

Why Carolyn Hodgson chose Anna Maria

Our beautiful home is a couple of homes from the Gulf of Mexico and many great restaurants and shops. Pine Avenue is the main road and we are 1 block off of it. Free Trolley picks you up a block away. The Waterfront Restaurant just a mile away offers a craft bar; they make cocktails from organic ingredients, has the best wine selection, Seafood, Steaks, a 5 Star Restaurant, and one of our favorites awaits you. Or, if you are feeling adventurous, why not take a bike ride and enjoy the scenic beautiful water views all around the island? Feel like fishing off the private dock while taking in the sunset? We have fishing equipment for all ages and fold away seating for your comfort. Or perhaps you are in the mood to enjoy the sunset view from our private balcony overlooking the Gulf while sipping on a glass of wine. 2 new Kayak's await, or a game of Ping Pong. Our home has everything you need. All you need to do is relax and soak in the Florida sun in paradise. With Tampa 50 minutes away, Nordstroms, Dillards and Macy's with fantastic restaurants and museums and art galleries all in close proximity. Sarasota and Long Boat Key offer incredible water views and are just minutes away on a scenic drive. You will leave a different person, relaxed, happy and fulfilled.
